2025.01.09 Hub Release notes
This is our first release of 2025. We're excited to deliver several improvements and bug fixes.
New features
User profile includes a department.
Hub users are already assigned to a company and a customer. You can now assign a department as well. A department provides an additional way to manage users, especially for Portal and Desktop users.
See Add user.
Use advanced search to search the department in transactions.
See Search overview
Improvements
Application number accepts 25 characters.
For each authentication session, you can create an application number in Portal. An application number is used for your own tracking purposes. You can now enter up to 25 characters, including special characters. We also made the application number optional.
See Begin authentication.
Text message includes expiration time.
The verification code text message a user receives before logging on to Desktop now states that the code will expire in 5 minutes.
Date formats are standardized.
Date formats are standardized as yyyy-mm-dd, for example, 2025-01-09. Standardized dates appear on both sides of the Hub results page in the cardholder information box.
