Eliminate unwanted information.

You can eliminate unwanted information from the results page. This is useful if your company has strict requirements regarding personally identifiable information (PII). We can make the information shown on the results page match what your company wants to see.

For example, suppose your company wants to see only the following information:

• Issuer

• Issue date

• Expiration date

• Age

The Cardholder Information box on the results page might look like this.

All unwanted information is removed from Cardholder Information, even if the View PII slider is on.

Edit the inactivity timeout value.

In Hub, a user who remains inactive is automatically logged out after a certain amount of time. We added an inactivity timeout setting for each user. The timeout value you assign to the user determines the length of time that must elapse before that user is automatically logged out due to inactivity. The default value is 10 hours. See Edit User and Logging In.

Reduce required fields for new company.

On the Create Company page, required fields are reduced to include only Company Name and Netsuite ID.

Add User Manager role.

We created a User Manager role for managing users. This role provides access to the Users menu with privileges to add and edit users in Hub. The User Manager role must be assigned by Intellicheck support.

Jira NP-893 - Display MRZ label for passports in cardholder information box title

For passports and passport cards, the cardholder information box title correctly shows "MRZ" instead of "Barcode".

Jira NP-910 - Obscure phone number

The phone number is obscured on the login page.

Jira NP-950 - Capture barcode

Barcode capture concludes after a successful acquisition.

Jira NP-855 - Save user changes

Changes made on the edit user page might not be saved when Department is blank.
