Edit User

You can edit a user First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Role, Account, and Customer.

Edit user

To edit a user, follow these steps:

  1. Select Users.

  2. Find the user.

  3. In the Actions column, click Edit User Edit user. The Edit User page appears.

  4. Change the user information, and then click Update.

The user is edited.

Error Messages

Can't edit higher role users

This message means that user you are attempting to edit is assigned to an administrative role with higher privileges than your own role. For example, if your role is Customer Admin, then you cannot edit a user with the Account Admin role because Account Admin has higher privilege than Customer Admin.
