Activate or Deactivate User

You can activate or deactivate a user.

  • Deactivate a user whose status is active or invited. Deactivation is private. A user is not notified by text or email of the deactivation.

  • Activate a user whose status is deactivated. You cannot activate an invited user.

Activate or deactivate

  1. Select Users.

  2. On the Manage Users page, find the user. Make note of the user ID.

  3. In the Actions column, click the down arrow down-arrow.png, and then select an action.

    • Activate a deactivated user. You cannot activate an invited user.

    • Deactivate an active user.

  4. A confirmation appears. Click Activate or Deactivate.

  5. A notification indicates success and references the user ID. The user status is updated.
