Resend Invite
When you add a user, an invitation is sent to the email address provided. The invitation includes a link to set a password. The link expires in seven days.
The user must click the link to register and create a new password.
On the Manage Users page, after the user creates a password, the Status column chages from Invited to Active.
If the user has not responded to the registration email, you can resend an invitation.
Resend invitation
In Hub, select Users.
Find the user.
In the Actions column, click the down arrow
, and then select Resend Invite.
The invitation email is sent to the address shown in the Email column for the user.
