Dashboards
Dashboards provide transaction statstics. Dashboards refresh every two minutes. You can select a dashboard timeframe in the following increments:
Last 24 Hours
Last 7 Days
Last 30 Days
Last 3 Months
Last 6 Months
Last Year
All Time
Two dashboards are available: Overview and Customer Journey
Overview
The Overview dashboard is a one-page summary of aggregate transaction data for a selected timeframe.
View overview dashboard
To view the Overview dashboard, follow these steps:
Select Dashboards > Overview.
Select a timeframe.
Select List View or Chart View.
Select List View to see separate customers.
Select Chart View to see all customers.

Customer journey
Customer journey dashboards help you investigate status event results for a selected customer or all customers.
View customer journey dashboard
To view the Customer Journey dashboard, follow these steps:
Select Dashboards > Customer Journey.
Select a customer or select All Customers in the Curently viewing data for list.
Select a timeframe.
