Unlock Login

You can unlock a user who is locked out due to exceeding the maximum number of login attempts. A locked-out user sees the following error message on the login page:

You have exceeded your login attempts. You will be unlocked in one day or please contact your administrator.

Unlock user

To unlock a user, follow these steps:

  1. Select Users. The Manage Users page appears.

  2. Search for the user.

  3. In the user Actions column, click the down arrow, and then select Unlock Login.

The login is unlocked. Contact the user to provide login instructions.
