Portal
Portal authenticates your customer's identity in three steps. It starts with a text message, the customer scans an ID, and then you receive an ID validation result.
To begin, you type an application number, select a language, and select a document type.
Languages
Languages include English, Spanish, and French.
Document types
Document types include driver's license, passport, and others.
Text message
A text message begins the process. Any valid phone number is accepted. International numbers are also supported.
Alerts
Alerts keep you informed.
Progress
Progress is tracked.
Timer
A timer counts down to the expiration.
Results
Results are summarized for you. The customer does not see results.
