Activate or Deactivate Account

You can activate or deactivate an account.

  • Activate an account whose status is deactivated.

  • Deactivate an account whose status is active. Deactivation is private. An account is not notified by text or email of the deactivation.

Activate or deactivate

  1. Select the gear icon, and then click Manage Accounts.

  2. On the Manage Accounts page, find the account. Make note of the account ID.

  3. In the Actions column, click the down arrow Down arrow, and then select an action.

    • Activate for a deactive account.

    • Deactivate for an active account.

  4. A confirmation appears. Click Activate or Deactivate.

  5. A notification indicates success and references the account ID. The account status is updated.
