Download and Install Desktop
You can download Intellicheck Desktop software from the Downloads page in Hub.
Requirements
Here are the minimum system requirements for Desktop.
Windows
Windows 7 or later
x86 or x64 processor
4 GB RAM 200 MB free disk space
Mac (coming soon)
macOS 10.11 (El Capitan) or later
Intel or Apple silicon processor
4 GB RAM
200 MB free disk space
Download
To download Desktop:
Log in to Hub, and then click Downloads on the main menu. This is where you will find the products that your company has access to.
Locate Desktop in the list of available products.
Click Download. The download will start automatically.
Uninstall a previous version
If you have a previous version of Desktop installed, you must uninstall it before installing the new version.
To uninstall Desktop for Windows, go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, and then uninstall Intellicheck Desktop.
To uninstall Desktop for Mac, drag the Desktop application to the Trash.
Installation
Follow the simple installation process.
To install Desktop for Windows:
Extract the contents of the downloaded archive.
Double-click the executable (.exe) file and wait for the installation to complete.
After the log-in page appears, follow the Log in instructions.
To install Desktop for Mac:
Move the downloaded disk image file (.dwg) to the Applications folder.
Start Desktop.
After the log-in page appears, follow the Log in instructions.
Start Desktop for the first time
When you start Desktop for the first time, you are prompted to connect your scanner to start.
If your scanner is not installed, see Install a Scanner for more information.
If your scanner is already installed, click Connect Scanner, and then follow the instructions to select a scanner.
