Users

A user is a person who accesses Hub to perform tasks according to their assigned role. For example, a user can access Portal to begin authentication, or a user can view dashboards.

Users are assigned to customers, and customers are assigned to a company.

Companies, customers, and users

Manage users if you need to make changes to a user such as the following:

  • Add, edit, or deactivate a user.

  • Send a password reset.

  • Assign roles

  • Assign the user to a customer.
