Users

A user is a person who accesses Hub to perform tasks according to their assigned role. For example, a user can access Portal to begin authentication, or a user can view data in customer dashboards.

Customers are assigned to accounts, and users are assigned to customers.

Accounts, customers, and users

Go to Manage Users if you need to make changes to a user.

  • Search, sort, and filter users.

  • Add, edit, and deactivate users.

  • Send a password reset.

  • Assign roles, select a customer, and select an account for a user.
