Search for a Transaction ID

You can search for a transaction ID on the Transactions page.

Transaction search

Select Transactions.
In the Currently viewing data for list, select a customer or select All Customers.
Make sure Transaction ID appears in the column selection list.
Type or paste the transaction ID in the search box.
- The entire transaction ID is required.
