Log in procedure
To log in, follow these steps:
Type an Email, and then click Login.
Type a Password, and then click Login.
Select a two-factor authentication (2FA) method.
Click Via SMS to receive a text.
Click Via Email to receive an email.
Type the verification code, and then click Verify.
Log in complete.
Log in error messages
Error | Resolution |
---|---|
Invalid credentials. Please try again. | Reenter the email and password. The maximum number of retries is five, after which the account is locked. |
You have exceeded your login attempts. You will be unlocked in one day or please contact your administrator. | Your account is locked. Contact an admin at your organization for help. Or contact Intellicheck support. |
Your account/customer account is not active. Please check your email for activation instructions or contact support. | Another user with admin privileges can check the status of the account and customer to which you are assigned. Both must be active. A user assigned to a deactivated account or customer cannot log in. Contact Intellicheck support for help. |
Your company is locked. Please try again in 1 day or contact your administrator. | There is a problem with your company configuration. Contact Intellicheck. |
Invalid verification code | Retype the verification code. |
Session with Token (token-id) not found. | Return to the login page and start over. |
