Forgot Password
You can reset your password if you cannot log in.
Before you begin
Have a working email address or phone number to receive a text message.
The password reset link will expire after 5 minutes.
Reset password
To request a password reset, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Hub login page.
Click Forgot Password.
Type your email address, and then click Send Reset Link. The email is sent from [email protected].
In the email, click Reset Password. A browser window opens.
On the reset password page:
In New Password, type a new password.
In Confirm Password, type the same password.
Click Reset Password.
The password is reset.
Troubleshooting password reset
The password-reset email might be blocked by your company or by your email application.
Contact your organization's IT department to make sure that [email protected] is allowed.
Add [email protected] to your own list of safe senders and domains. For example, if you use Microsoft® Outlook®, the following procedure describes how to add recipients to the safe senders list.
