Intellicheck Hub offers an intuitive dashboard and filterable charts that make it easy to see your fraud prevention activity. See activity from a high level (such as the total number of transactions) or with granular details (such as what occurred during a specific transaction).

The following table describes some of the main features included with Hub. Not all features are available for every configuration. Your Intellicheck contract determines the level of availability.

Dashboards | Dashboards show a complete picture of transaction activity across companies and customers. Dashboards include an overview page, where you can see all metrics in one location, and a customer journey page, where you can see time-based, aggregated measurements including average complete times. |
Transactions | A transaction list to search and review historical transaction results. |
Users | User administration commands can be used to add and edit users and customers. Roles give users access privileges to complete specific tasks, while status indicators show who is active, deactivated, and invited. |
Products | A single page to simplify how you download and share the products your company can access. |
Portal | Portal is the starting point for a user who must issue an authentication request. Provide an application number, a language choice, and a document type such as North American driver’s license. |
Themes | Theme builder provides white-label branding choices for your Capture experience. Upload a logo, choose a font, and select colors. The live preview shows you an example of what you can expect after the new theme is deployed. |
