Activate or Deactivate Customer

You can activate or deactivate a customer.

  • Activate a customer whose status is deactivated.

  • Deactivate a customer whose status is active. Deactivation is private. A customer is not notified by text or email of the deactivation.

Activate or deactivate

  1. Select the gear icon, and then click Manage Customers.

  2. On the Manage Customers page, find the customer. Make note of the customer ID.

  3. In the Actions column, click the down arrow Down arrow, and then select an action.

    • Activate for a deactive customer.

    • Deactivate for an active customer.

  4. A confirmation appears. Click Activate or Deactivate.

  5. A notification indicates success and references the customer ID. The customer status is updated.
